GENERAL WARRANTY RETURNS NOTICE

@Tech Computer provides 12 months manufacture return to base warranty for system and parts, and 12 months labour warranty (Labour warranty includes diagnosis on system or parts under warranty and purchased from us until issues and/or faults found. If issues and/or fault are incurred by faulty parts still covered by warranty and purchased from us, we perform normal warranty procudure. Labour warranty doesn't cover software related issues or faults such as virus infection, misuse of hardware or software, etc.) on system from the date of purchase. Any warranty goods found no fault will be charged a 15% or $30.00 (whichever is greater) restocking and handling fee. Customer should make proper backup of their data as data lost is not covered by warranty even if the media is found faulty.
For all warranty claims, customers must bring original invoice or other proof of purchase such as bank statement.
@Tech Computer staff are unable to directly exchange faulty units for customers due to stock levels and returns problems from the associated manufacturers. If customers would still like to proceed warranty through @Tech Computer, we wish to advise customers that the average return time for repaired or replacement units is 3 to 6 weeks.
If customers would like any further information regarding to lodging a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer, please ask our staff.

| LCD MONITOR WARRANTY RETURNS NOTICE |

For all warranty claims on LCD monitors, customers are advised to contact manufactures directly. LCD monitor manufactures provide pickup and return warranty which enables faulty goods to be picked from customer's premises by courier, fixed, and returned. The new type of warranty would greatly reduce warranty process duration.
Customers please note that @Tech Computer can on longer perform this type of warranty on behalf of end user due the restriction of manufacturer.

| PRINTER AND SCANNER WARRANTY RETURNS NOTICE |
For all warranty claims on Printers and Scanners, customers are advised that most manufacturers provide telephone technical support which can assist in solving most basic technical problems.
Due to the inability of staff to repair faulty units, we would like to advise that customer will experience a much faster return time when choosing to deal directly with the manufacturer or their certified repair centers. |

| DLINK, LINKSYS AND NETGEAR DOA AND WARRANTY RETURNS NOTICE |
DOA CLAIMS: (Faulty within first 14 days of purchase or as deemed by manufacturer):
Customers please be advised that to proceed with any DOA claim for these branded devices, the customer must have the units original package and the complete contents of the package as well as a hardcopy printout of the DOA number issued to them by the manufacturer, before we can accept the goods for return.
We would also like to advise customers that @Tech Computer staff are unable to directly exchange any DOA or warranty unit due to issues with stock levels and returns problems from the manufacturers.
GENERAL WARRANTY CLAIMS: For all warranty claims outside DOA period, or that do not qualify per the DOA requirements above, customers are advised that a faster return time is experienced when shipping the faulty unit directly to the manufacturer.
Customers wishing to proceed with warranty through store will be required to produce their proof of purchase, as well as the providing the relevant RMA case number issued them by the manufacturer. Warranty claims cannot proceed without this information. The average return time when dealing with warranty through store is between 3 - 6 weeks. |
